Dr. Blinski has vast experience in facial cosmetic surgery and body contouring procedures. He was the first surgeon to perform liposuction in Miami in 1982, the first to train other plastic surgeons on cosmetic surgery lasers in 1989, and the first to perform the Thread lift face lift in 2004.
Dr. Blinski is a pioneer in both Surgical and Non-Surgical cosmetic procedures. He was one of the first surgeons in the country to perform the new Smart Lipo procedure.
As the National Physician Trainer for Cynosure, Dr. Blinski trains doctors across the country on all three ot the Smart Lipo devices, including the 6 watt, 10 watt, and the new 18 watt units.

The general conclusion is that some doctors resist newer techniques like Smart Lipo due to the high cost of the equipment (lasers), which can cost tens of thousands of dollars. So the new Smart Lipo procedure is being performed by a relatively small number of progressive doctors who are willing to risk the financial investment in an effort to provide better result for their patients.
